You are cordially invited to the Grand Opening of the Smithsonian In BANDERA!

Bandera was selected by the Texas Historical Commission as one of seven towns to host Museum on Main Street, a program of the Smithsonian Institution that brings traveling exhibits to rural communities across the country. The exhibit, Crossroads: Change in Rural America, will arrive in Bandera on June 21st. The Texas Heritage Trails Program, The Bandera Convention & Visitors Bureau, The Bandera County Historical Commission and The Frontier Times Museum partnered together to bring this traveling exhibit to Bandera.
